If you want to order a voucher you have the following options:
- You can order and use a voucher as a guest. However, there are disadvantages when using the voucher (please see "Other information" below).
- You can book the value of the voucher to your own account and use it as you wish.
- You can send an email with the voucher code to someone straight out of our shop.
- Out of our shop you can send yourself an email with the code and thus use it for a separate message/email/gift card.
Other information:
- With the payment methods PayPal, credit card and direct debit, you can immediately use the voucher value. If you use advance payment via bank transfer we need to wait for the money to make it into our account. Then we can activate the voucher.
- If the user of the voucher has got an account with Racelite and the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the purchase, the remaining amount will stay available for a future purchase.
- If the user of the voucher has not got an account with Racelite, any remaining voucher value will become invalid as guest accounts can only be used once.
- The voucher is valid from January 1st of the following year plus 24 months.
- The system only creates a code, i.e. there is no gift/voucher card of any kind that we send out by regular mail.
